   Myself and Luna my beautiful black lab have used this shop daily until recently due to lunas illness, I cannot recommend the whole establishment enough, the owners are amazing, very polite and very knowledgeable and they actually really really care about making sure all the products they stock are ethical, safe, top quality and well priced, the best advice I can give to any dog owner is to stop wasting your time and your dogs health by going to average pet shops and go pay this place a visit, chat to the owners and look at the quality of the products and the love and thought that has been put into every aspect of the business and the products, these guys genuinely love all dogs and always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and well informed and that the dogs have the best possible experience, even now my Luna wants to go in and say hello every time we pass the shop. Thankyou guys for looking after us both so well, as soon as Luna is better we will be back for sure.

   After trying many different groomers over the years - some near, some (ridiculously) far away - we were recommended Handsome Hound, et voila, our search was over! The shop is small, it's a one dog out, one dog in system (or two dogs, depending on staff numbers that day), Andrew is friendly and professional, not to mention that Maisie looks absolutely wonderful after her hand-strip and groom. 5 stars without hesitation, wish we'd found THIS Hound sooner!

   Andrew and Melanie at the handsome hound are amazing. Louie has been coming since he was just a pup and I absolutely trust the team and he is in safe hands and being well looked after. Louie always looks gorgeous and we would never even consider any other groomer because the team are just brilliant. Louie comes shopping with me to Bond Street and I can’t walk far without being asked where he is groomed !

   Andrew has been grooming my two Cockapoo’s from day one the eldest is now nearly 9 years old. I couldn’t go to anyone else to groom them! Andrew does an excellent job can’t fault the grooms ever he goes above and beyond my expectations. Most importantly my two absolutely love Him they are very happy to be left with Andrew and His amazing team. That in itself takes a huge worry when they are away but they are so calm and happy when they are finished I know they are very well looked after. Andrew is so kind and trustworthy. The best Groomer in South London.

   I cannot rate The Handsome Hound highly enough. Andrew and his team are simply wonderful! We have a beautiful, slightly anxious 10 year old mix breed rescue dog, Hodge. He has a really deep, fluffy, two haired coat and moults a great deal. Andrews de-shedding treatment kept it in such amazing condition. Hodge was always much more content after treatment as he wasn’t as hot. Especially in summer. He’s also not the easiest boy to groom, he likes being dramatic! Andrew took my boys drama in his stride and always took his time and a gently approach with Hodge making it a positive experience for him. We sadly no longer live in the area and miss his services greatly! Highly recommend..

   I have taken my border terrier to The Handsome Hound twice now and could not be happier with the results! I can't believe how handsome he looks every time I pick him up (see pictures), and I can tell that he feels great, too. I would definitely recommend to anyone - make sure to book as far in advance as possible.
