   Anna did a lovely job on my English Springer Spaniel! She listened to exactly what l was looking for (no feathering and short all over to help me manage him for wet weather!) and the cut is simple but looks very good. The business has moved locations. Anna shared all information in advance and sent a message 30 minutes before collection. She was even kind enough to accommodate us when we were running late. Highly recommended!

   Do not listen to clients request. Cut my dog far too short even when expressed this. Not the same since Marcus has left. Lost my business

   I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE GROOMERS!! Tried to take my 15 month old chocolate springer spaniel for a groom today (Tuesday), the younger out of the 2 women was rude and difficult when we tried explaining what we'd like done (dog has a very unique fringe so didnt want them to cut it all off), she then told the older lady ("manager") who then proceeded to give myself and partner some dirty looks and eye rolls as they dragged pup in the room. We was worried as it was the 1st time we'd been here for a groom and the 2 little white fluffy dogs that was being groomed was both shaking and barking in fear and none of the workers were comforting them not even the young boy who seemed to be a helper, which I found very sad and distressing so we hung around in the shop looking for toys and treats to buy so I could see if pup settled in OK before leaving her. The older woman noticed that I glanced over a couple of times to see if I could see my pup, so she waved me over and told me "I not do it, you can take it now" while passing me the lead. Never been so shocked in my life, the young girl working in the petshop was so helpful and friendly but the groomers are rude abrupt and have no care or compassion about the animals theyre supposed to care for. I would not recommend these groomers. It's the same price at the groom room & workers there are lovely and always makes sure dogs are comfortable and happy before starting to work on them, and they speak to customers with respect wich I didn't get today. Rude, extremely unprofessional, uncaring & the worst attitudes I've ever had the displeasure of seeing.

   Really good. Took our pug here for the first time today and he looks great, was really quick, and he feels incredibly soft. Love that they’re inside a pet shop as well so you can pick up a treat on the way out.

   They don't listen to your requirements at all. I have asked for a bath, dry, brush, nails, eye area and ears (NO TRIMMING) for my toy poodle's first introduction to grooming. Instead, they decided to give her a full body trim which can barely be considered a trim since she came out completely butchered and uneven for 40£. I brush my puppy regularly and she didn't have any mats, her coat/hair was absolutely gorgeous before going to Sydenham "Grooming" Salon but after she looked terrible. The worst experience I have ever encountered, wouldn't recommend to anybody. First picture is her before her grooming/ Second picture is her after the butchering experience.

   First time user and first time groomer. My pet was well looked after and she can be a handful when trying to trim her nails as she is an indoor cat. We loved the products used and the overall care and attention she received.

   It was the end of the day and he had left the shop, but he graciously came back to wash, shampoo, and groom my dog. He did a fantastic job! I highly recommend him, although parking is an issue close by.

   Cannot recommend enough, superb grooming by very loving people. They treated our Maltese as if it was their own and she felt very relaxed. We think we found the perfect grooming place to always take our dog for a pampering session. Thank you Marcos!
