Moved to London recently, and needed a dog groomer, we’ve been going to Janice ever since we’ve moved she’s amazing, proper listens to what you want and is amazing with my pup, he always comes out smelling gorgeous and looking great! I love how he gets a good run around too in her garden too after she’s finished and doesn’t get shut in a crate ❤️
Always lovely and patient, and manages to do a brilliant job with my noisy howling labrador Murphy, who hates baths!

My dog Lily is old, going blind and has ulcers on her cornea - she hadn’t let me clean her eyes for a couple of weeks and her fur had become quite matted so I headed to K9 in Eltham to have her cut and shaved in way that’s not painful - also because of the heat I wanted a close cut and they didn’t disappoint. I now live in Kent but travel the 30mins to K9 as although I’ve tried other groomers none of them seem to have the understanding, expertise and professionalism of the team at K9. So a huge thank you to them both from Lily and me.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this groomer. I was not happy with the overall quality of my labradoodle’s cut, his eyes and paws had not been tidied and his body had been shorn far too short. Really disappointed. Edit: disappointing to see an unkind reply after feedback has been given.
I am not one to leave a bad review. Took my cockapoo there, as my regular groomer was unavailable. Admittedly, my dog was in need of a groom. I agreed with the groomer Janice, that I would prefer he was cut shorter in required parts, rather than suffered whilst being brushed. I returned to a dog who was shaved and traumatised. Alarmingly, he had raw wounds on his hips that required antibiotic treatment and spent the next few days in a collar to avoid him licking the wounds. I had to purchase a jumper that he has been wearing since, both indoor and outdoor, as his hair is so short.
Our first time taking our new rescue Cooper to k-9 grooming today and couldn’t be happier. He came out looking and smelling gorgeous, such a positive experience and Janice and the ladies were so lovely. Can’t recommend enough and will be a regular!
Excellent! Great place, very conscientious about your pets well being. Garden for dogs to run around - always gives your dog a break (or 2, of needed) so they don't become anxious. Will allow you to stay with your dog, so you can see how well they are treated! Highly recommend!
Best dog groomer we have ever taken our dogs too, they always come out looking lovely and smell incredible with the dog perfume, they have different varieties too! Janice and Ash are friendly welcoming people and the garden for the dogs to run around in is amazing! X
