   Couldn’t recommend enough. Emmie is so lovely and hard working. She is a real dog lover & I would trust her with my dogs life. From the ice cream van to the products I have purchased, I couldn’t fault a thing. If you are considering visiting the shop or having your dog groomed I would definitely recommend :)

   Emmie is professional and excellent. I have bought clothes and toys for my little chi, at reasonable price and good quality. Customer service and advise from Emmie is excellent and much appreciated - example of her handling my ‘hound’ for Xmas photo. I would recommend her for your pooches x

   I have been using poochie palace for some years now. I have 5 dogs and they have always come out looking lovely. Even my German shepherds who I was afraid to leave as he could be a bit aggressive but it didn’t bother Emmie and she groomed him and he was as good as gold for her. I even offered to muzzle him but she said no. Absolutely excellent groomer and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I buy from the lives every week as it is so much cheaper than shops and good value. Emmie is very understanding and excellent with the dogs. Would very highly recommend this groomers

   Our senior spaniel used to get very stressed going to other groomers but when we changed to Poochie Palace, Emmie always did a brilliant job and he came out looking fabulous every time. We also take our 2 senior lurchers to get their nails trimmed, they’re an anxious pair but Emmie always takes her time with them and is very gentle & reassuring. I’d highly recommend Poochie Palace, amazing service at the best prices!

   First time taking our 2 Cockapoos here as my usual groomer was fully booked. My girls were groomed exactly how I asked! Very pleased with the final result. Emma was quick responding to emails and answering my questions and the shop is full of outfits and toys and accessories galore! The price is extremely competitive and usually we pay £45 per dog at our usual groomer but Poochie palace is a LOT less for the same quality! I actually thought the price I was quoted was per dog but it was for both! They also have a facebook profile where you can get promotions and discounts. I’ll definitely be taking them back to Poochie Palace!
