   Serena is honestly great, we have a very anxious sausage dog (Steve), we’ve been 4 times now and always picked him up in a great mood, let’s just say the other groomers we’ve been to, Steve has been more anxious than ever when leaving. She takes her time, makes him feel comfortable and we don’t worry leaving him with her, he looks more handsome every time we pick him up. Serena is in a great location, offers an amazing service for her price and most importantly, makes Steve look great and he leaves happy. Shame all groomers aren’t like her!

   I've been taking my dog to Lead The Walk for almost 2 years now, and every experience has been fantastic. I have a small "double-coated" dog which is hard for me to keep well-groomed. Serena really listens to what I need, and she offers options for what she could do, explains what she did during the groom, and then offers me advice to help me maintain my dog's coat both through grooming and diet. She is really thorough with her work, and my dog always comes away happily wagging, with her coat looking and feeling beautiful. As a bonus, my dog really loves Serena. Lots of dogs don't like going to groomers because of bad experiences, but Serena make sure my dog is relaxed and happy. Serena is also a lovely person who is happy to discuss any other issues you have. She's got a huge amount of experience working with dogs, so she has a lot of knowledge: she shares that knowledge freely and she's helped me with other issues I've faced. She really cares about the dogs, her work and her clients. I've got absolutely no hesitation recommending Lead The Walk. I take my dog once a month and will keep coming back, because the service, the results and Serena herself are so brilliant. The whole package is wonderful. She really goes above and beyond what you'd expect!

   Serena is heavent sent! I have 2 pomeranians and they have never been to the groomers (I groom them myself). I am quite nervous of how my boys are going to behave since one of them is very reactive. And because one of my dogs is difficult, most of the groomers I inquired to turned us down. I told Serena about my boys and my concerns, and she gladly accomdated us. Serena is so welcoming and reassuring. She updated us with how our boys are and after 3 hours, they are ready for pick up! Our boys looks so good with their new haircut! She sent us pictures and videos of my boys and they both looked well behaved! Alot have been complimenting them for how fluffy and nice they look. I couldn't recommend Serena enough!

   Serena is absolutely amazing! My friend recommended her to me following their own experience, and I can’t describe how pleased I am. My pup always comes out looking amazing, and I think he must love it there too as he always pulls to get back there now. Serena is also super helpful between sessions too, I’ve got a Spaniel that loves water and mud, so he gets a lot of knots etc but Serena has always helped me with tutorials etc over the phone when needed. I would highly recommend to anyone that has a puppy needing a first time groom, as he was obviously a big fan, but his subsequent ones have also been outstanding. Brilliant service

   Lolo, our little Havanese, would not be the same without Serena's haircuts. Serena is able to capture Lolo's personality, keeping his hair tidy and de-mated, while maintaining a long-hair style. And that's not easy, it takes a lot of patience to groom Lolo! Serena is always willing to provide advice and help with everyday grooming (and dog care generally!), suggesting combs and products to keep Lolo's hair healthy. We are really happy we took Lolo to Serena's from the outset, and we couldn't think of a better groomer to take our dog to. Totally recommended!

   I couldn’t recommend Serena and Lead the Walk higher. I have a very reactive dog when it comes to grooming, before Serena committed to taking her on, we discussed in length my dogs needs and how we could hope Serena would be able to help and work with my dog. Given the challenges my dog can create, she always comes out of her grooming sessions fully washed and cut to a high standard, as Serena gives her the time and attention a dog with needs like hers requires. I can’t thank Lead the Walk higher for their work.

   Serena is the most amazing groomer. Testament to that fact are all the 5* reviews and the fact she is fully booked for weeks ahead. Our 11 year old rescue Shih Tzu x Maltese is not a very easy customer to say the least and really doesn’t enjoy grooming but Serena is so patient and kind and he always comes out looking amazing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
