   I was using this company for a fortnightly clean for my home and had no complaints - the ladies were excellent! The owner however has no idea how to provide excellent customer service. A few weeks ago, nobody turned up for my clean but no word from Clean71. Fair enough, so I ask can someone come the next day, again no word from Clean71. A couple of weeks later I received an invoice for the clean that didn’t take place so I reach out to Clean71 to ask why nobody showed up and why I haven’t received a reply… nothing. A few weeks later I receive a message “Good evening Rachel, Just checking in to see if you’ve managed to find a cleaning solution? If not we’d be happy to help again - hope to hear from you. Thanks, Clean71” No apology, no explanation as to why they haven’t shown up before?! Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

   I am an absolutely delighted customer. I have tried other cleaning companies and this is by far the best. They really seem to care about their work and they are reasonable in their advice. No unwieldy contract either which makes me more confident in their integrity And coming home to a house which has magically cleaned while I was away is the best feeling! I would happily recommend
