Nicola is a wonderful, caring groomer. I've been taking my dog there for 8 years since he's a puppy and have never been disappointed. He absolutely loves her and he doesn't love many people! I wouldn't go anywhere else by choice.
Classy Canines is a top groomers. Milo, our 6 year old labradoodle visits Nicola 4 times a year and he always comes out looking and smelling wonderful. Nicola really cares about him and all the dogs and makes a real fuss of him. She is professional, friendly and goes the extra mile and most importantly Milo really likes her.
Classy Canines and Nicky are so brilliant, that I always recommend them. We know so many dog owners who use Nicky ( Classy Canines ) so it's not just our dog's experience. Our Yorkie has been going there for 4 years. He loves going in there and comes out looking fantastic. They are based in the village arcade Station Rd North Chingford. Nicky is so patient with the dogs and thoroughly professional. If you care for your dog, then you will not be disappointed taking your precious pet there. 100% recommended.
Nicola has been grooming my Labrador since she was a puppy—about four years now—and I couldn’t be happier with her care. She has a natural gift for making dogs feel at ease, which is especially important for mine, as she can be a little nervous. With Nicola’s calm and affectionate approach (and a few well-placed treats), she soon settles in and always comes out looking absolutely gorgeous! Beyond being an exceptional groomer, Nicola is a genuinely kind person. She often offers to keep my dog a little longer, giving me extra time to run errands, and I always enjoy our chats when I drop her off. Honestly, I think she undercharges for the level of care she provides—but that just speaks to her love for dogs and her passion for what she does. Highly recommend—100%!
my pup absolutely loves going to see Nic at Classy Canines for a groom. He drags me in there just to say hi to her even when he doesn't have an appointment! She even goes out of her way to get my dog specific treats because of his allergies and never takes extra money for it! Book ahead as she gets fully booked, but can’t recommend her and CC’s enough.
Just refused to groom our cavapoo because he is too knotty!! Poodle type dogs do get knotty that’s why we pay dog groomers!!
Debbie at Classy pets is very professional and generally cares for our pets and my dog especially loves her. She does a brilliant job I thoroughly recommend her.
Nicola is a talented groomer who absolutely adores dogs. Our cockapoo loves her, he'll drag us in from the street even when we're on our way somewhere else. He always comes out looking like a dapper pooch and smelling great.
Pepper was a very happy bouncy mutt when he'd been groomed by one of the very finest groomers we'd ever been to. He smelled delicious, looked like a star, and his nails were snipped perfectly. We've never been to another groomer since finding this little gem of a shop in Station Road Chingford 8 years ago. I would recommend this place to eveyone.
Nicola really nice. My dog Beau was cut as I asked. Price was good too. Will be returning.
