Horrible owner picks and chooses what breeds she allows in the groomers have took my dog there many times with no issue , I rang to make a appointment and she asked what breed he was I said Staffordshire bill terroir but his been many times she then said “ no we do t do that breed of dog sorry and hung up “ Disgusting behaviour
Wow my puppy came back a new one...absolutely fab, lovely groomer and was very thorough. Must take your puppy here!!! She also smells amazing x
I really liked how caring they are... very kind with customers and the fury friends. Hardworking and warm staff, however, few months ago we couldnt get hold of them to make an appointment so we took our dog to another place. I was busy I couldnt walk into their studio so I still wonder why they didnt pick the call that week.

JUST COLLECTED MY DOG FROM HER GROOM AND SHE LOOKS NO DIFFERENT, APART FROM ALL HER FACE BEING UNEVEN AND HER FEET HAVE ALL ODD BITS STICKING OUT , SHOWED SEVERAL PICS HOW WOULD LIKE THE GROOM AND HASNT ADHERED TO ANY OF THEM, RANG HER TO COMPLAIN AND WAS VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A PART REFUND, SHOULD OF LISTENED TO MY FIRST INSTINCTS AS I WALKED IN, PLACE WAS VERY UNKEPT AND DIRTY, MY DOG DIDNT EVEN SMELL FRESH WHEN SHE GOT HOME..AVOID AVOID AVOID
