Terrible, tried on several occasions to get through, its impossible, nobody picks up the phone. Surely if your that busy, you will see missed calls why not return the call.

Very good no more dog hairs at home .just put in the mobile van then dog comes out clean and cut
What a great service, I can't believe I've only just discovered mobile grooming after taking Alfie to a salon for the last 6 years. My local salon has closed down so I picked Tangle Tails out of necessity, but boy am I happy I did. I phoned for an appointment, the grooming van turned up, I sent a hairy smelly dog in, and out came a lovely clean, perfectly groomed dog! Will absolutely be using this service again. Thanks so much.
My dog Rex (German Shepperd) had a lovely wash and brushing last week. Mobile dog grooming is the great way to avoid messy bathroom specially with dog of his size.
