   This company is amazing. I have been purchasing their bath products for the past two years or so and the quailty is excellent. Apart from that, the customer service department is phenomenal. I got in touch with them recently to locate an order that I had placed in within 3 or 4 days, they had identified the problem(it was a delivery problem in the end) and shipped my order a second time (this time it arrived without any problems). The person I spoke to via email was professional and communication was wonderful. I look foward to buying from them again in the future.

   Our daughter loves these products! She has very sensitive skin & has never had any issue. Her favourites are the bathbombs but love’s the smell of the shampoo, conditioner & H&B. Would highly recommend & have done to family & friends!

   I placed an order, had payment taken from my account and NO CONFIRMATION email at all. So I don’t know if the order is being processed or not. I’ve emailed twice. No response. Messaged on Instagram, had a reply, but again, no confirmation as to whether or not my order was processed. Rang up and the woman said she couldn’t help me but will call me back when she finds somebody that can. Customer service is shocking. Still waiting on my refund.
