   I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behaviour from a staff member before. There is a woman who works here, she has brown hair, wears very thick fake eyelashes, and is often working near the first aisle where the health and beauty products are. On many occasions, she has followed me around the store with a terrible expression, muttered comments under her breath while standing uncomfortably close to me, and used inappropriate language in a way that is clearly meant to be heard. It feels deliberate almost like she is trying to provoke me. This is not a one-off incident; it has happened repeatedly. Her attitude, communication, and overall customer service are completely unacceptable.

   Decent little shop staff are polite, again it's in the Gallagher retail park which means the theft in the store is REALLY uncontrolled and staff have to put themselves at risk to tackle it. Has a pep and co at the back but Missing alot of men's clothing options BUT the clothing section is really small. They should really have taken over the closed down Homebace next door.

   A very bad experience, I bought 3 bathing suits from them, being very small, I went to change them because my girls broke the tag, they said that they can't change them because they were used, they were being used, I tried to I explained to them that they were only tried on, but they didn't listen to me, I said ok, I'll buy these and threw away the ones I wanted to change, and of course if I didn't do as they said, they told me to leave the store because I wouldn't I still serve, and when I asked if you like it when we come and do shopping and make fun of the customers, is that okay? and she didn't agree and she yelled and of course I cursed her because she doesn't respect the client and doesn't listen to him. I want to make a complaint, do you know where I could do it?

   Poundland and Pep & Co are located on Stoney Stanton Road in Gallagher retail park in Coventry. There are many products for a good price, so cheap shopping are great experience over here. Many products are for 1£. Articles are usually changing a bit, week after week. There’s also Pep&Co with clothes to buy. Good to be here.

   Great value as ever, just gets on my nerves when you get to the checkout to find out something you thought was a pound was either 2 or 5 pounds, but I guess that's my fault. Still great value in these hard times!

   It's very handy being at Gallagher, you don't have to go all in to town. Just the right size.And sells a little of everything. And clothed at the back of the shop. Just a shame there's always que's, que's and more que's.
