Massive Thank you to Julie!! An extraordinary knowledgeable person working here at H&B Coventry. For several times that I been in this shop this year, Julie has been exceptionally going above and beyond to help me. A nephew of mine who been for more than a 2 years using and trialling prescribed medicines which were with no effect whatsoever on his skin condition. All it took me was one trip to shop at H&B Cov where after explaining the situation and nephew's condition, Julie kindly recommended me buying, many months back, and gratefully to the recommendation it's is now resulting in an almost clean and clear skin for my nephew. I have many more similar instances where Julie went above and beyond to advise and meet my needs here at H&B Coventry shop. And I'll be forever grateful for that!! Brilliant options for energy bars and vegan chocolates. A little pricey but they do have some great offers at times. Gorgeous, clean shop with friendly, helpful staff.
Beautiful shop let down by staff and IT glitches. We asked for assistance on certain product and at the end we had to point out where these products may be. The lady who dealt with us wasn't 100% with the products they were selling. 3 staff members with 3 dodgy tills, myself and other customers were directed from one till to the other 3 times. And don't get me started with the "would you like our reward card?" If you don't have any time to kill or waste, just say no thank you. Maybe it was just teething problems. I'll be back to keep the high street alive.
