   Took products to the counter and paid for Protein powder, drinks shaker and tub of peanut butter. After declining to sign up to their club card i noticed id picked up the smooth peanut butter instead of the crunchy version. I asked if i could straight swap them as it was a simple oversight. I was told that they would need my Email address and address and contact details if i wanted to change the smooth peanut butter to crunchy!!! He told me it was company policy. So i told him to void everything id bought and i would start shopping again by picking the correct peanut butter etc, he was not happy with this and proceeded to ask me again for my personal details. I had noticed him Hard Selling the company sign up membership with other customers before i got to the counter. If i didnt know better i would say he was harvesting email addresses for some other use. Ive never been told i need to submit any personal details when exchanging one item for another identical item in my life. Its like getting to the check out at Tesco's and realising you've picked up decaf tea bags instead of caffeinated, then being told in order to change them at the till they will need all your personal details! My wife spends a fortune at Holland & Barrett in Coventry and Solihull, that wont be happening anymore. There's plenty of other stores to buy these goods who don't want to sell on your information or retain your details. Absolute disgrace.

   Some of the prices in this store are pathetic. BSO amino x 30 servings were 27.99 lmao same.thing on dolphin fitness was 15.99 and same thing in coventry town centre was 19 pound..... straight rip off. Day light robbery.
