   Naomi was absolutely brilliant. She spent a full hour with me, making sure everything was right and properly suited to my needs. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient throughout, taking the time to explain things clearly and double-check details rather than rushing.    Had to pick up an order that I'd done through their online Click & Colect service. The staff were courteous and helpful as always 5☆ But... a simple Click & Collect sign on the wall would be very helpful and save people from walking around looking for a similar sign. 0☆

   Used online doctor to get antibiotics which was a great service. Rang the pharmacy to check my medication was ready to collect. The 1st time I rang, it rang twice then it hung up as if someone put the phone down purposefully. I rang again straight away and the lady who answered was very rude with a fed up attitude. She said it wasn't ready and asked if I was planning to come today. I said yes and she said "ugh we'll get it ready then" I then started asking when they'd like to me to come to collect and in the middle of the sentence she said "right goodbye" and hung up the phone on me. Would use online doctor again but definitely not this pharmacy for my normal meds. Much nicer pharmacies out there

   Came in with two separate specific requests. One for eye drops used by husband - Optrex infected eye drops. I was refused the sale as she hadn’t seen my husband herself. So gone are the days when you can pick things up on your partners behalf then. Unfortunately they always close before he finishes work so unsure how they expect us to combat that. Secondly I wanted a replacement for an anti-fungal cream that was very old in my cupboard and as I have an ailment that occasionally reoccurs. I was also refused this sale based on her opinion of my need. Apparently I need to use Vaseline for cracked lips! Who knew! Completely wasted trip, offered not alternatives and left feeling judged, shamed and stupid. She even told me to go to Boots! Pregnant and emotional I left feeling like I wanted to cry. Was she confused, did she think I was asking for opioids?
