   Vanessa helped myself & my daughter (21/08/25) whilst we were at the self-checkout as I was getting confused trying to use my old advantage card. Not only did she set-up a new one for me but she was kind, friendly & extremely professional. I was so grateful for her help. Tracey was also helping customers to a high standard.    Myself and my 13 year old daughter came here today. My daughter wanted a skin tint but it turned out it wasn’t what she was looking for, we found a lovely lady who helped her chose a No7 medium wear foundation. So much patience and explained to my daughter how to get the best results. Gave my daughter confidence in her choices and now with her skin. Thank you!

   Customer service very unhelpful ,was told to go away and pay at the self service check out as it was due to close (fair enough) but ended up coming out the store paying more than the products are offered on sale, i tried to question this first place. Left feeling very rushed and annoyed. This self service system is nuisance and unhelpful,, while i was there other customers seem to be having problems checking out too.

   What a gem of a retail shop. The staff were excellent when visited on Saturday 22nd October. The customer service was second to none. I bought a 3000 series Phillips shaver on offer. Superb shaver after my previous shaver packed in. The smooth shave is as good as a razor wet shave. Well done Boots!!!

   Boots, Llantrisant branch. What an absolute diamond you have as branch Manager working here ! His name is Mohanned. Mohanned is one extremely helpful, welcoming member of staff who went above and beyond to make my visit to the store a happy and productive one! I have never been treated so well in any store - look after him - he’s a keeper, what a pleasure it was to meet him - awesome customer service from him. I never find the time to write reviews, but I felt he deserves recognition and gratitude for sure. I came away with some lovely Clinique products and perfume for my daughters birthday (obviously paid for) but Mohanned went out of his way to make the products extra special by adding some finishing touches himself. He was excellent in assisting me with what deals were best for me and knew exactly what offers were on at the time. A very polite, friendly gentleman who made my shopping experience today.
