These guys are absolutely fantastic! If I could leave 10 stars I would, I ordered online not realising it was store pick up through another site own 4 less, I live in Birmingham so emailed them and had a prompt reply completely understanding, and have shipped it to me free of charge. Really chuffed as money is tight and this was such a bargain and was absolutely gutted when I realised. Anna was fantastic! Thanks so much!! Really appreciate everything you have done. Fantastic Customer Service with good sense of humor, especially the manager (Anna). She's willing to assist at any time you get hold of her... I've marketed the store to my fellow students in University of South Wales, Trefforest campus and every one is very happy with their services. I've been a long standing customer patronizing this stores since 2010 and I never regretted it whatsoever. Anna (Manager) and Jo (Ass. Manager), you guys are one in a million... well customer focus and wonderful staff in store as well.
