Ive just witnessed one of your "undercover security" harrass and confront a customer for trying to get himself a basket at the door after having already picked up some items. I was stood right next to it as it played out - the man returned to the front door and put his stuff in a basket and went to grab the basket and carry on shopping, but the "undercover security" came up from behind him and started harrasing him about trying to steal. It was CLEAR the man was getting a basket to continued shopping but he was stopped and continuesly harrassed by your staff. Then a member of staff that wasnt even at the door when it happened came to the door just to shout at the man that had just been harrashed. I am utterly disgusted and shocked at how rude, violent and straight up out of order your staff are. I believe the staff member was called Vicky and im genuinely disgusted. That man was just trying to get his shopping and was cornered and harassed by multiple of your staff including a "undercover security guard" as he described himself. The staff were egging it on and kept coming back to argue with the customer even though all he did was defend himself to a guy that came up behind him accusing him of stealing when all he did was go to get a basket!!! Myself and two other complete strangers had to step in and stop the customer getting arrested!!! Completely out of order, and this isnt the first time ive witnessed Vicky getting aggressive with a customer.

Pretty standard poundland shop, with all that you expect from its many stores. I will say that the males clothes section while small does have a very good rotation of T-shirts that are great in price and have some very cool designs, so if visiting this location in particular I would highly recommend checking out the clothes section to see if you can find any hidden gems. Everything else is pretty standard. Only negative is that the line can get a little long so expect to wait for up to 5 mins or longer if its particular busy.

Not a bad shop with loads of items and also lots of space - its quite a large Poundland and it offers food and clothes as well as other items. Its a bit messy but not too bad and you can grab some great bargains here for sure. There are some staff around so if you have some questions you will find someone to help answer.

A really good store. The size of it is really big, so there are a good range of products available here. They also have the clothing section at the back of the store where you can pick up a bargain. The store was tidy, well stocked and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming when I was served at the till for my purchase.
