   I shop in your store located in the retail unit at upperboat, pontypridd. I find it easy to park and always visit your cafe: It is always clean, provides a wide range of snacks and drinks, staff are very friendly and patient, and always offer assistance. Ordering is stress free and simple task!!! NO machines, just friendly staff to take your order!! They then bring it to your table with a happy face. Toilets are always very clean too! Last of all, it is very reasonably priced!! Thankyou for refreshing shoppers with a treat! Julie Thomas

   Generally very good. Recently though maybe due to a shortage of staff we've been left waiting at front of queue while staff seem oblivious to the fact there were people waiting. They seemed tied up with processing orders and no acknowledgement was provided to us. In the end we gave up and left. Pity, as the food and drinks are of high quality and at great prices to boot. In the past we'e been served by a very friendly lady.

   1st time I used the cafe today, it was lovely and clean, you could also see how your food is cooked fab. The ladies take pride in the job you can see this with how they do their job. I rate it one of the best I've been in for a long time. Very pleasant and polite staff. Very good value for money, you need to try this little cafe when u pop into store.

   Very disappointed with the new cafe. Under staffed and inexperienced with hygiene. The tables, floors, and chairs were stinking. No attempts to clean, dishes piling and flies on the cake area. I informed the manager and 2 only staff members that there were flies all inside the cake cabinet. Thru ignored put the items in bags and put in shop by tills for 20p! They have been given a 5 star hygiene rating but it won’t last at this rate!

   Marvelous e new store But not happy with entrance from car park as the only way for a disabled person using a wheel chair or mobility is ok from carpet land as there is a ramp but if you park at the side of the store you have to go down the ramp and take your life in your handsto go through the car park as you only have steps to go-to the sidecar park of what used to be a ramp
