Beautiful bouquet delivered to the restaurant from my husband for our wedding anniversary. The flowers were gorgeous and autumnal colours and beautifully wrapped. Highly recommend this florist as this was a very short order to delivery time.
Flowers ordered for my friends birthday, I made the mistake of putting MY address on the delivery details -doh , only about 104 miles from the actual delivery address! Karen contacted me and the problem was sorted with no fuss , she is a wonderful lady and customer service like hers is very hard to find in this day and age. Needless to say my friend received her bouquet on the due date and was over the moon with it - thank you Karen the flowers were stunning. x

Having previously bought flowers from the shop, I had a lovely experience looking and choosing some lovely flowers. However, after the last experience I had, I will not be returning. Disgusting customer service, she couldn’t have made me feel anymore inconvenient. She was rude and clearly did not have time for me to be in the shop. She had lots of existing online orders to fulfil which she felt she needed to tell me. I only wanted to buy some flowers already made up. I wasn’t asking for her to make me a bouquet. I really wish I had just walked away as I was in a rush I had to choose some flowers very quickly and also wanted to get out of the shop as I felt not welcome and that I was inconveniencing her by being there. If you don’t want customers in the shop as you were clearly ‘too busy’. Then it may be worth closing the shop whilst fulfilling online orders. I will source flowers elsewhere in future.
Karen did my wedding flowers. I had been let down by another florist and she still happily took on the job and did the flowers even though she would have normally been closed at that time of year. She was AMAZING, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The flowers were insanely beautiful and people told me they were the best wedding flowers that they’d ever seen. I will never use another florist now I’ve found Karen! Thank you so much x
Cannot recommend highly enough. I ordered 4 bouquets for a special thank you. All of the recipients were absolutely delighted by everything about them. Style, colours, quality etc. The delivery arrangements were also impeccable.

Beautiful shop, well worth the trip to visit. Karen the owner listens to what you are looking for and will go above and beyond to create the perfect design and bouquet. Professional and friendly service from beginning to end, the flowers smelled amazing and lasted nearly 2 weeks.
