   Went in to get a piercing yesterday to get my bridge pierced and the dots were lined up straight, but then the actual piercing has now been pierced on a massive wonk. It’s not even been pierced straight. Plus it has been pussing with blood constantly and purple bruising aswell as bumps around my piercing on my face…Far from happy atall as I have had to take it out immediately and take a trip to A&E where they have gave me antibiotics for an infection. I was also told by a friend who is a professional piercer in blue banana they the wrong jewellery was used. I was pierced with a 16mm curved barbell instead of a 14mm straight Barbell!!!! From reading other people’s reviews which I did not do beforehand.. the owner seems arrogant, entitled and a huge narcissist with challenging customers in responses on their bad experiences in his shop…. perhaps learn how to pierce piercings properly without infecting people and they wouldn’t need to slander your shop? This place should be shut down!!!

   Always a lovely experience at Ultimate Ink! I got my 3rd piercing from them and once again it was a hassle free and very reasonably priced experience. I got my septum done and it was such a positive experience. I have had both of my helix’s done by them too and they are almost healed now! Will definitely be coming back!

   Had a tattoo here today. The Whole process from start to finish was excellent. Lee the tattooist was excellent. No messing, just got on with it. Happy with the results. Would highly recommend. On the way out on the shop, i was convinced to have a piercing, that i had been wanting to do for a while. The lady who did the piercing, sorry I didn't get her name was excellent. Put me right at ease, very professional and a very nice person. Many thanks Craig

   Took my daughter to get her eyebrow pierced,she was super nervous bless her,the lady who pierced her eyebrow was so lovely and professional and put her at ease so well,a few tears but over quickly with great aftercare advice.Would not hesitate to go again and recommend.

   Took my son for his septum piercing everything was perfect from when we arrived we were made to feel completely welcome by the lady that took our details and even though we didnt have a appointment we didnt have to wait hardly any time. The guy that did the piercing was fantastic explained everything that was going to happen making my son feel totally relaxed would definitely recommend this shop.

   Popped into Ultimate Inc today to get 3 helix ear piercings. The staff (sorry I forget your names!) were absolutely brilliant . The lady on the til was friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease straight away. The piercer lined up the holes really nicely, and took time to explain how I would get the look I wanted. He was VERY patient during and after the piercing. I'm prone to passing out but he took his time, explained what he was doing, and let me recover until I was fully ready to leave without any pressure at all. The experience end to end was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting something done. I will definitely return for any future piercings.

   Absolutely amazing, seamless, quick, easy and very professional for me as a first timer! They were very professional at letting me know what to expect, its aftercare and selecting what studs I want; as well as what to expect from a gun and needle, and the difference between an earlobe and cartilage.    The staff behind the counter and the man doing the piercing were both lovely! Great customer service from them both! Was nervous as my first piercing since I was a kid and the man explained exactly what he was going to and was very professional! 100% will be going there again for my next piercing!!
