Great little cafe, cosy vibe and friendly staff. Coffee was very nice and the cake slice was big and tasty. Worth a visit!

We wanted to go in for lunch, but it was a bit cold to sit outside, and looked full inside. A very friendly, smiling lady offered to see if there was an inside table free, and came back out a couple of minutes later to say yes there was one available. Both her and our waitress were pleasant and asked if everything was ok, once we had been given our food. We had an omelette with fries and salad, and a veggie burger ditto. Good coffee. Despite being busy, it wasn't too noisy, and we were served our food and drink promptly.

Great place for lunch. Lovely food ( I love the cheese and ham pannini). Varied menu, always nice food. Pleasant atmosphere and pleasant staff. Indoor and outdoor seating, can get very busy at times.

Absolutely delicious, and a fantastic spot! Also, really really good coffee. The one-pan dishes are wonderful, we tried the meneme and the spinach dish, and it's a huge recommendation for both! Thanks so mcug to the long bistro team!

Nice new cafe in Wells, good to see more independent coffee shops! Quite cramped inside and rather noisy but service seemed efficient. No vegan cakes sadly! Just went for coffee but looked like an ample selection on the menu - although not sure if vegan again! Still, they did have oat, almond, soy and coconut milk for coffee!

We were lucky enough to find this place on the first day of a short break in Wells and ended up going there three times during our visit. The coffee is excellent, the food really nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. It's a shame they don't open in the evening - a 6pm close is a little early for dinner. I guess as it's family run they need some time off as they were pretty busy! Highly recommend.

Nice main room, great garden/ outdoor area. Manage Covid19 well. A bit pricey given a Wetherspoons is within 50 metres up the river. Pleasant staff, pleasant place.
