    How am I supposed to come into branch when it is shut on the weekends and is only ever open in the middle of the day on weekdays, when I, like most people, work?

    Studiously ignored by two cashiers who were having a personal conversation. Wanted to pay a small sum of cash into a 3rd party account. Was told 'it's against the law'. What law?, I asked. 'The FCA' was the response. She'd been working there 20 years and had a friend who was a solicitor. Not really sure what I was expected to do with this information. She then roped in her colleague, with 25 years service, demonstrating that longevity is no indicator of competence when it comes to service...or, as it turns out, banking 'law'. It was an exercise in deflection in the absence of knowledge, sometimes called bull*hit.

    Went in to withdraw money as my card is broken … I knocked into a customer by accident to be greeted by staff member β€˜Ishita’ who gave me evil looks …. I didn’t realise she was serving as she was just looking around .. she sees I’m saying sorry to the person I knocked into … yet she’s hugging , puffing … she starts raising her voice and shouting at me to put my card in without even asking how to help or what exactly I need!? Ok … I tell her my card is broken but I have I.d … she shouts too if her voice three times to put my card in to which I repeat over again it’s not working ! … anyway I refused to be served by her and got served by someone else who wasn’t much better and was rude and acted as if I was the problem … Ishita in particular could do with better people skills and go and work elsewhere … maybe the Jon is too much for her to handle ? Never had this in any bank before …

    I have never had the mis-fortune to be treated so badly by a financial institution in my entire life !! THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Been in 3 times now and they keep saying they have lost paperwork they clearly had. Wasting my time and Petrol. Folks take your business elsewhere if you want a decent service.

    It would be useful, If you could update the opening hours on google maps. On the website, It shows the bank is open until 4.30 but when I arrived, you had a letter saying it closes at 1pm. Poor communication and notification to costumers.

    Truly shocking customer service - couldn't be less interested in helping you or any other customer. Every person that comes to the counter is another problem for them. I suggest you visit many of the other branches in Bristol where they are much nicer and are far more accommodating than the old bags in here.
