   Clearly very knowledgeable which is great to see, as a lot of reptile shops are shocking. This isn’t meant to be as a very negative review, but just something to think about… please be aware that not everyone knows nothing about their pets or how to look after them. Some of us have put in an extreme amount of effort, time and money to have the best care for their animal. Our animals come before ourselves. It can come across quite condescending and offensive when you’re immediately trying to “teach” the customer/imply they’re doing something wrong, when you literally haven’t been told or know anything about their pet, it’s husbandry or diet. The right and certainly best intentions are there, but find out info before making presumptions, please.

   The owner is just such a nice person. I have asked his advice about substrate for my bearded dragon and he told me about the leo life substrate what I will definitely get from his shop. This man knows what he is doing and if you care about you animal I do highly recommend his shop.

   Been using this shop for 9 years now for our snakes, wouldnt go anywhere else apart from him. Always been very helpful, knows what he is talking about. Brought snakes from him and always have been in excellent shape and doing everything they should be. Prices are great to! highly recommended!

   Owner was dismissive and appeared to not want to know what we had to say. He seemed to have little to no knowledge of the items we were looking for and what he said was not good fish keeping practice. You are better off going somewhere else, unless you want a chameleon that is.

   Male owner was very helpful and polite and was very patient with me and my endless questions about frog care. Selection in shop is rather small but reptile food was definitely the cheapest around and great quality. The woman was very friendly to us and our dog too.
