   These guys were awesome , had a prang at the back of my car the guys at the were very reassuring it would be back looking like original . This took about three weeks only because they wanted the white to be a perfect match , and it was ! Thank you all for the perfect work done . I would definitely recommend this company . The company reassured me that if I was not happy within the year for any work they did , that they would rectify the matter. Thank you again.

   This company is really very good at what they do. I have a Motability Car and had an accident I was instructed by Direct line to make contact with this company I did and from the first phone call to the last they have been 100% friendly and professional. The car hire company I was dealing with forced me to have to put back the collection of my vehicle twice this was not a problem for Coombe Accident Repairs. I went to them for the Estimate to be done and as I could not get out of my car it was no problem to them. When the final collection date came the guy came to collect the car even went to the car to get my Blue Badge out for me. Would fully Recommend this company.

   My car suffered bodywork damage in 2016 and was repaired by this company. However, as you can see years later, the repair completed was executed with very poor quality and craftsmanship as the paint has begun to flake with deep visible cracks. Please note, this was also completed via insurance. I have other bodywork repairs on my vehicle that were carried out years before by other companies that I have no issues with to this present day. I would avoid this company completely.

   After my daughters accident the garage her insurance company suggested we’re totally hopeless and we asked to change garage. Coombe Accident Repair Service contacted her the same day and picked her car up. The repairs were done super quick once they had the parts and to a very high standard. The team on the desk were very helpful, and the workshop guys were super hero’s, I thank you all for your hard work.

   AVOID AT ALL COST. i had to use them because it's a designated repair shop from insurance. Firstly, to repair some dents took them 2 weeks. They took the car and then saying parts havn't arrived; which begged the question why take my car if parts not arrived? Secondly, when i go pick my car it is parked super tight with other cars; understandable with common garages... When i try to drive the car out, I scratched the car right next to me. it's a scratch mark of

   Coombe Coachwork handled the repair of my broken wing mirror really well. The lady on reception is lovely and really helpful. My car was checked for any pre existing marks and the mileage was taken when I dropped it off which reassured me that it was in good hands. I was told it would probably be in for 5-10 working days but they had it for just 3 which was great. The work done was faultless and when I picked it up I was really impressed that they had given it a really good clean, saving me a job!

   I am writing this on behalf of my partner. He was involved in a minor accident, the other part accepted full responsibility and his insurance contacted him the next day, collected his car and supplied and replacement, no complaints! His car was then sent to a local repairer - Coombe coachwork on the kimpton industrial estate, this was 4 weeks ago! On Saturday he was went to the industrial estate to get some work parts from another business there. When doing this he walked past his golf on the main road with no number plates on and extra damage! Firstly this is illegal to be parked on a main road without number and secondly why were they removed?! He then called the reception to find out why and what was happening. He asked why his plates were removed? The reception had no answer but said there would be a reason and not to worry and to wait until Monday when the technicians get back into work and they would explain why. On Monday he called the insurance company and explained, they told him to drive down there while they called coombe coachworks to find out. He was working so his mum drove straight down there to find the car had been moved to front of the shop parked horrendously! but still with no number plates on. A member of the team there approached his mum and asked why she was taking photos. When his mum explained that it was her son's car ect, the team member accused my partner of stealing his own plates and how he had recognized it Saturday if there were no plates on it! He then went on to say that my partner was suspicious and that he defiantly stole his own number plates, whist being extremely rude and obnoxious to my partners mum. Coombe coachworks still have no explained where the number plates are or anything regarding the extra damage. There service is disgusting! It would have been interesting to see if my partner went down there himself, male, if there reaction would have been the same. They are disgusting to deal with and we are having the car taken elsewhere! Its bad enough that the car sat there for 4 weeks untouched! DO NOT USE! Unless you want to be treated poorly! I work at a prestige dealership and would not dream of treating someone this way! I will interested to see there response to this and how they plan on apologizing to my partner and his mum.
