I had an urgent job to do with my washing machine, called the company and reached Abdul who said he could come within 40 minutes. I showed up on time, looked at the part that was damaged and went to the shop to procure it. He came back and installed it very quickly and helped me to put everything back to place. Great to have that instant service available. Thank you Abdul!
Our guest toilet was leaking. They came over the first time, were a tad rude, left the bathroom a mess, but solved the issue. After using the toilet after they left, we noticed that water came out the flush button (no clue how that even happens). We recorded a video and sent it to them. Multiple guests also told us that their finger would get wet when pressing the button, and the drops of water left a mark just below the button. It took them 3 weeks to come take a look at the problem, supposedly covered by the warranty. They couldn't reproduce the problem, were extremely rude about it, and basically denied that the problem could have even happened — not sure why anyone would want to fabricate that. They told me that next time they would charge me for the visit, even though the visit was covered by the warranty. They left before I could ask them to leave my home. Extremely rude, pricey, and do not follow up properly on their warranty. Avoid.
Abdul was super knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He very quickly identified the problem and fixed the leak under our sink. He has also helped us establish where we can plumb in a dishwasher in our kitchen. Would recommend.
I am happy to say that Abdul provided a quick, polite and reliable service at reasonable cost. He did not add any mark-up for the spare parts he obtained which surprised me, and explained exactly what work he had done. He came across as very honest and happy to please the customer.
