   SL Heating, excellent communication informed that my tenants were without hot water/heating and attended the following morning. Diagnosed the problem, gave honest advice and was excellent to deal with. After having been informed from another Engineer that the boiler was condemned and needed replacing I wanted a second opinion and Simon gave his professional advice with options.    My Unvented cylinder has been discharging water over a couple of days due to broken temperature/pressure valves . I was desperately looking for quality heat engineer to do the repair. Highly recommend Sergio for his quality service. He is very flexible (come out of working hours for the urgent repair), friendly and got expert knowledge in central heating system with very reasonable price. Helped to change a couple of pressure relief/ temp control valves and check pressure of the 2 expansion vessel tank. Will definitely use him for future service and repair of my central heating system. Thank you Sergio.

   Horrible experience. The director of this business had sent somebody to discuss the installation and provide a quote for a new boiler. After we agreed upon the price, we went ahead with the installation on the agreed date however the installation wasn't done properly and now the director of this business says he has got nothing to do with it and we will need to chase the installer!

Today they installed a fab Worcester and I couldn't be happier (& warmer) with the service they provided. Reliable, reasonably priced, clean and trustworthy. 5* for my first ever online review.
