   in reference to the customer review below: I am a MOT consultant and Trainer and have been supporting Ricardo for the past 6 years as an MOT consultant. He was contacted by this customer who demanded that he give him an MOT certificate for his imported Motorcycle without the motorcycle being present at the test station. Ricardo correctly refused and told the customer he would need to attend the MOT station with his motorbike. He can then carry out an MOT on the motorcycle on the chassis number (it's imported and has no registration number yet), and the customer can then send the MOT certificate and bike details to DVLA to obtain a log book and UK number plate. Unfortunately, the customer would not believe Ricardo or me so they wrote a one-star review. Good Job, Ricardo. Good call and great test standards observed today as well.

   Rolled in with my Mrs on the Ninja to sort a sticky throttle cable, and these lads treated the machine like their own. Edward and the boss Ricardo were solid friendly, straight-talking, and proper dedicated. Ended up getting the oil and brake pads sorted too, just because their workmanship inspired confidence. Edward kept me updated with photos and videos the whole way, explaining everything clear as day. Fair pricing, great vibes, and the lady at the counter even welcomed me with a loyalty stamp card.    I went to just check that the bike had been properly serviced took the clutch casing off and left a part out while I was watching then told me it's not for the bike started it up and it sounded terrible felt bad then he opend it up put the part back closed it started it still doesn't sound right told me both times it sounds normal fist time it sounded like s!@# second time just okay but not the same now the bike sound ruff at higher than 30mph
