I called this company for an emergency boiler repair, and due to the good reviews I was convinced that they were trustworthy (although in hindsight I probably should have been more skeptical of the fact that they have all been posted in the last 4 weeks alone). I called at 9.33am and explained my situation and was told that a technician would be with me in 2-3 hours. At 12.30pm, having heard nothing, I called back and was told that my job was not in their system. I was willing to forgive the fact that there may have been an error and they told me someone would be here in 2-3 hours, again. It is currently 4.38pm. I have called 4 times in the last hour and one staff member told me, twice, that the technician was nearby and would be with me in 25 minutes. After my fourth call to the company, another staff member said the technician is not on his way and is actually still stuck on another job and will be 2 hours. I am now convinced that this company is playing a fast one on me. I have waited the whole day in my freezing cold house for nothing. If you value your time, don’t make the mistake of booking this company. Ever.
