   I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but l had no choice. I was sent a technician who “fixed” my boiler, which then broke again (same fault) by the end of the same day. When I phoned the company the following day they initially said this was covered by the guarantee and they would send someone else on Monday. Nobody called or came on Monday. I phoned again on Wednesday, and the company refused to send someone back because the technician had used a part I had supplied (a loop valve); this was despite the fact that the boiler was displaying the exact same fault I had with the older valve!! Not only did the technician misdiagnosed the problem, I was refused a reimburse and a new technician to come in and actually take a proper look. Very dishonest and unempathetic over the phone as well. Avoid.

   I finally called plumbing, who dispatched a plumber to assess the matter and inform me that there isn't a dent in the pipe. He looked inside the toilet and saw that the tank didn't have enough water, so he went and changed the part, and the issue was resolved. He was well-informed and did a great job.

The initial assessment/estimate team was replaced by is amazing due to last-minute scheduling changes. Thankfully, They were able to find exactly what we were looking for and used our suggestions (Pinterest images, Google image images) to realise our vision. To make sure the lights were what we wanted, they also texted me images from the lighting shop.
