   Saw Adam yesterday who is simply the best ever vet for quirky, ‘full-of-character’, ‘strong-personality’ small breed dogs! He has an excellent understanding of their behaviours and needs. Completely satisfied with his thorough health check, advice, and prescribed medications.

   Earlier this month we had a very sick dog whilst on holiday in the area. The staff at Hale vets promptly booked us in and we arrived not long after opening time and a dignosis of Pancreatitis by Freya was made. We left after a thorough examination and meds to help settle him down and after we followed her advice he soon settled down. We are back home in Cheshire and upon Freya's advice we took our boy to our usual vets who once more made the Pancreatitis diagnosis. We are now in the process of changing his food to a low-fat kibble. From our personal experience we just have to recommend Hale vets and thankyou to all who helped us while feeling a little vulnerable away from home.

   I receive honest answer to my questions from friendly and helpful vets that have my cats best interests at heart. Other vet practices I have used seem to care more about you spending as much money as possible but Hale are not like that. I have 2 cats I take to Hale and find them very good with both of them, providing honest advice. I would recommend.

   A really lovely and friendly team at Hale! No hesitation in recommending them, they've looked after my dogs for years, even at the end for 2 of them and they showed so much care and compassion. It was comforting to know they were in such good hands. They now have my new fur babies on their books to help me keep them in tip top health.

   All of my boys (cats) get treated gently and they actually appear to feel safe. Telephone help is really helpful and they understand all concerns have been with hale since 1997 and all vets treat all my boys in a personal note. Chucky was very comfortable on his last visit and the vet actually gave Charlie his tablet!!!! Massive tips very very appreciated lol xx
