   I call this company for an urgent plumbing service and I have to say the guy that holds this number is quite rude. We had a problem with their contractor and I called them to solve it, and they literally told me “sorry, we are busy” and shut down the call. After 40 minutes they called me back. when I stated that I am shocked for their behaviour,as the customer should care if they are busy, the guy again shouted at me saying that since I don’t care that he is busy, he shouldn’t care about me as well, and shut down the phone again! Shocking.
