   We cannot thank the team at Langford Vets enough for their incredible support and compassion during a very difficult time. Our cat was rushed in with a sudden and complex illness, and their communication was clear and concise from the start. They explained all the treatment options and associated pricing, which helped us manage our pet insurance and understand the financial implications of continuing with treatment. Their honesty about what we could realistically expect was invaluable. The team explored every possible avenue to help our cat, but unfortunately, he was just too poorly. When it was time to say goodbye, they provided a peaceful and calm environment for us. We truly believe they did everything they could to make our beloved boy comfortable. Thank you for your kindness and for taking such good care of him in his last days.

   We were referred here by our vets as they said our dog needed very specialised surgery. We were expecting the worst, but were very pleasantly surprised when we were told things weren't as bad as we were walled to believe. Nick explained everything in detail and gave us our options and his evaluation and advised next steps. Very professional ans friendly service from the moment we walked in through the door and then met with 2 students vets who did the initial assessment and fussed our dogs, and then handed over to Nick, the specialist. Can't fault a thing and we really appreciate the openness and great advice. We would not hesitate to take our girls back in the future

   I took my frenchie in as he ripped his dew claw. They had gotten me in within an hour of me calling! The front staff was very nice! And the vet attending my fur baby was kind, professional, and clearly cared about my pet’s well-being. The vet took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions patiently. My pet was treated gently and received excellent care. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for compassionate and reliable veterinary services!

   Clara & Leanne saved our little dogs life. At four years old we could not give up on him. Their care and treatment was exemplary. Every member of staff were kind and caring. We are so grateful - thank you from All of Ruben Owens family and of course little Ruben too.

   We had to leave our precious boy in their care on 2 occasions recently. Once for a bone marrow biopsy, and then for a blood transfusion. Mollie was fantastic and kept us updated as to his progress, ànd made a real fuss of him when he was in her care. He's on the mend thanks to the care and love he received. Thank you all.

   We just took our fudge to this hospital because they can do lots more testing. No good news my little dog FUDGE passed away in early hours after the vets seen she was working hard to breathe they kept us informed about everything thing they had to do to try and save her life but she passed away peacefully. Thankyou for everything you had done. Will never forget it.

   Top class animal hospital with superb, knowledgeable and very caring staff. They have definitely extended my precious cat's life with chemo. Consultations are thorough, informative and compassionate with pre and post appointment meetings. There's a separate cat waiting room upstairs with a complimentary drinks machine, plenty of feliway infused towels to put on cat carriers to help cats relax in the reception and waiting area. Loads of parking.

   Friendly and supportive staff, our kitten got referred from Wales and the drive was straight forward. Our kitten was there for a week in the ICU and vet care. The neurologist Sara called and updated us as best as she could, very reassuring to have consistecy when dealing with a stressful matter. Honest about treatment and costs whilst also giving their best care to our furry friends. Very satisfied with our care, Tibbs came out with a new lease of life and totally different from the initial diagnosis from our vets.
