Really awful attitude by the Manager of this store. Bought a bracelet yesterday 13.02.2023 and the clasp broke immediately. Didn't even get a chance to wear it. Returned it the following day, less than 24 hours later. The manager was reluctant to give a refund. Tried to show me the clasp was bent, and implied that i must have done it. I pointed out it was only purchased the day before so it must have been like that when i bought it. She eventually agreed to a refund. Was passive aggressive repeatedly saying the situation was "interesting". No apology. Assistant manager much more professional.
Jean-Claude was super helpful and charming. Didn’t pressure us into making any decisions in the store, but helped us with ring measurements and style.
