   I had my second ear piercing done at Lovisa and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Everything was clean, hygienic, and well-explained, which gave me great confidence. The piercing itself was quick, precise, and far less painful than I expected. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend Lovisa for anyone considering a piercing!    Had two lovely girls assisting today who were friendly, chatty and so helpful. Chanel did my midi ear piercings on both ears and did an amazing job distracting me and it didn’t hurt at all. So thrilled with the results and cant wait to have more done by her. These girls are a joy and Lovissa are lucky to her them.

   I do love Lovisa and the jewellery but the staff needs to be improved. So slow and they see you're waiting to pay but don't come over to you to help complete the purchase so you can leave. My last visit I stood in the queue but had to leave because I had to attend work, but the girl at the till had no reason to be so slow.

   I’m giving this rating because in November 2021 in the evening I was walking past this store and was looking inside. I was shocked that a girl (who I’m not naming) in there told the other, “He’s loosing his hair” I looked at her she was smiling and lowered her face in amusement. If a man said something inappropriate to a woman it would be so wrong. I hope you deal with this and give some of your sales to charity around mens mental health.

   Disgusting, rude and unpolite cashier. She was extremely aggressive and annoyed. Closing time was nearly over however I already knew what I was looking for it was just to get it and buy it so we all did have time for that, I was also telling her this and as I have work and a flight on Friday today was the only day to buy what I needed! Definitely lost a costumer and the money, never going there again. Such a bad experience!
