This store gave me a great secure feeling that my watch was in good hands. The service although expensive is required to keep my timepiece in top order. The in store colleagues looked after me well. I full y recommend this branch in Uxbridge.

He was brilliant at giving his opinion, suggesting different watches and even ordering some for me to have a look at as they were unavailable at their branch, this really helped me as i had a good look at them and was able to make an informed choice. The best the best the best I was greeted by a beautiful young woman who greeted me very professionally and showed me the watch i was gonna get, she was very professionally with her service even though she was new to the Business but still managed to give me great service. The watch i wanted was not available for the same day collection and it was my birthday the next day. I mentioned that to the gentleman who i presume was the manager for that lady and that gentlemen assured me that he will get the watch for me next day because i am buying it for my birthday, and he did made me soo happy that i could get the watch i wanted. I am so gutted that I cant remember there names but they'll remember me i am Tissot prx customer. Thankyou very much guys you made my day. I visited Gold Smith to purchase a wedding present for my friend, and I was served by George. He was extremely helpful and really made the experience memorable. George didn't just assist us with what we were looking for, but also offered us a drink when we sat down. Alex provided amazing customer service. He was extremely patient and listened to what we wanted and provided so much knowledge and options, it proved difficult to choose! We werenβt rushed and everything was clearly explained to us every step of the way. They also showed they care very much about their customers, even offering to escort us to our car. Would definitely recommend using Goldsmiths in Uxbridge.

Really great service, helpful staff, not intimidating to walk into and feel pressured or gawpt at, staff introduced themselves but then allowed you to browse without staring at you. Answered questions and really helpful. Very relaxed setting when making a purchase, will certainly be visiting again for future purchases
I called the shop as I needed an item urgently for my wife's birthday as Uxbridge was the closest shop. Tailor took my call and I couldn't fault her. She was very helpful polite, and delivered what she promised to do. Nothing was too much effort
Clean tidy and well set out store. Great range of stock in clear order. Staff were knowledgeable and very polite. Great advice from Chris on the watches in stock and good to hear about the after care needed not just trying to sell items. Excellent - highly recommended.
Excellent customer service from Taylor, Bashar and the Manager. Would highly recommend all of them. Went initially to purchase a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Calibre 5 and Taylor was very helpful and informative. I wanted a new one which she was very happy to order online for me which arrived the next day. Went in to store with the watch and spoke with the Manager as she was off that day to get bracelet adjusted. He was very helpful and gave helpful tips. Returned a few weeks later to purchase a Hugo Boss watch for my nephew and white gold earrings for my niece. Taylor and Bashar were very attentive. Would definitely recommend the branch. Will be returning for more purchase very soon.
