   I am only writing this review because it is well deserved,Georgina manager of staines came to my rescue she went above and beyond,i had a bangle that had been sent off for repair 10 weeks and i still hadnt heard anything from pandora,or had the bangle back finally georgina took over the case and within a week my bangle was back but not good for purpose as they had welded the balls on bangle so i couldnt put my charms on,georgina was a absolute star she sent me out a new one,in a smaller size which i wanted she kept me informed all the time thats what i call proper customer service and my bangle came today, thank you so much georgina ,i would also like to mention a young assisstant that helped me also her name was ava both stars

   The staff are lovely and friendly, the store is always clean and tidy. It took me 6 months to get the charms and bracelet together, all the ladies knew what I was planning to do and when ever I came in to the store with my partner they all knew not to say anything. The staff have been absolutely amazing, they gave me extra boxes just in case the one I had got dirty. I even sneaked in a ring under the nose of my partner to get her finger size.

   There was a lovely girl called Faye. She assisted me so nicely. Was patient as I’m indecisive and I didn’t know any sizes. She was happy and joyous and knowledgeable. We settled on a charm bracelet for my mums 50th birthday and I felt valued. FAYE. IF YOURE READING THIS. WELL DONE

   Very poor when it came to the return/exchange for same item in a smaller size. Have purchased many many birthday and Xmas items form this brand and seems unlikely that I would be spending money with it anytime soon if ever. Great at taking money, poor at giving good service.
