   I received a gift for my birthday necklace and earrings on Saturday on Tuesday I returned the gift fully intact as received with the gift voucher all I had done was open the presentation box. I was told at the counter that they could not refund or exchange as there were earrings in the box. I am bewildered as to why they give a gift voucher if they don't exchange or refund. I told them to keep the item as it was something I couldn't wear and left. Very bad customer service would never use the store or recommend

   Bought bellybutton jewellery from here twice the first time it broke after a day i emailed in and managed to get a refund, gave it a second chance seeing as it may have just been a faulty product bought another more expensive bellybutton product and it’s broken again after 2 days. Don’t shop here, even Shein’s jewellery lasts longer than this.
