   I had a great customer service here today. I was dressed like a slob changing between flights, rushed in just to check after a large burgundy tote bag for my wife (that is sold out in UAE online and NYC), and Raj and his colleague answered my questions, complimented me on my vintage Cartier watch, served me promptly and made a few friendly jokes. Thanks guys I hope you have a great day!

   Poor showing here for customer service today. I was in the mood to pick myself up something to add to my already EXTENSIVE shopping history until I was put off by the sales clerk….. not too often that I walk actually wearing my Cartier casual pieces and am met with rude representatives

   Cartier T3- Really poor customer service! The tall Asian guy didn’t have any clue what he is selling. I had to find it myself on the website just to find out that’s not in stock. His manager (Asian lady) very arogant. It smells bad inside. Avoid the shop.

   Watch purchased 2nd hand was taken in for a service, replacement sapphire crystal and full polish as the case and bracelet was looking old and worn. Cartier did a fantastic job. The watch now looks brand new. Very pleased with the overall service.
