I had a wonderful experience at the Guildford branch while choosing a new ring. Kensie and Maxine were genuinely lovely and made the whole process feel special and personalised. I couldn’t recommend this location more highly.
I was genuinely impressed with the level of customer care I received at Beaverbrooks. I ordered a watch online, but needed it replaced. The head office customer services team answered my call on a Sunday, which was already above expectations, and transferred me to local store. Pearl at the Guildford store, handled the entire situation with efficiency and real professionalism. She arranged a replacement product immediately and kept everything smooth and stress-free. When I arrived to collect the item, Pearl — along with the rest of the team — was incredibly welcoming. It’s refreshing to experience such warm, attentive service these days. Highly recommend Beaverbrooks and especially the Guildford store. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
I went into Beaverbrooks today with my mum and we were served by Pearl. She was absolutely amazing, Pearl provided amazing customer service and she was so kind and easy to talk to. She had a wealth of knowledge and is such an asset to Beaverbrooks. Thankyou so much to her for assisting me in finding my wedding day necklace!
We came into the branch on a whim to look at wedding rings for my fiancee. The assistant, Pearl, took the time to go through the rings with us however the whole experienced was marred by the fact that Pearl asked to see a picture of my fiancee's wedding dress and despite me saying I couldn't see it etc, then proceeded to start describing it. I understand that Pearl felt bad about it but my fiancee is now devastated that I've now heard details about her dress. I'm deeply concerned that this is standard etiquette in the build up to a wedding and I would expect a company who deals with brides and grooms on a day to day basis to be more sensitive to this. Despite liking some of the rings, we have unfortunately decided to take our business elsewhere.
The most helpful staff! We went in to get my engagement ring resized and Lauren was so kind, patient and helpful the entire time. Communication during the process was excellent and Lauren went above and beyond to ensure I had my ring back super fast! Thank you
We ventured into the Guildford store a couple of weekends ago on a busy Saturday to find my mother in law a birthday gift. From the moment we entered we experienced wonderful customer service from Max. She was personable, professional and polite - offering us a place to sit down and drinks. We were asked what we were looking for and then Max brought out several options for us to look at which made the shopping experience very pleasant for us (especially my husband who doesn’t particularly enjoy shopping). When we had decided on a beautiful pair of earrings, it was gift wrapped beautifully which definitely saved me some time and Max also gave us a gift receipt which was handy. All in all the experience from start to finish was fantastic - you really do feel like you’re being looked after and for this we were truly grateful. We will definitely be back again to purchase Christmas presents from here and hope that Beaverbrooks keeps up the great service! Thank you Max for your kindness xxx

Everyone was super welcoming and so lovely to us, made us feel really special and offered us a glass of prosecco too. It really was a lovely experience and really made it that much more enjoyable and special, as we werent expecting the extras like that either. Fleur was brilliant - so enthusiastic and charming about our engagement, wedding and our rings. She was really helpful and listened to what we wanted while also offering alternatives to think about. We both bought our wedding bands that day and would highly recommend this store to others as we honestly couldn't fault it. It was perfect. The jewellery is great quality without the ridiculous price tags, you can still pay a fortune if you like or are very specific about what you want, but they have stunning options at really reasonable prices, which is exactly what we were looking for, and we both got platinum, and mine had diamonds and we only paid £2100 in total which I think is bloody brilliant! Had the pleasure of visiting the Guildford store this weekend. To purchase a watch for my “significant “ birthday. We were warmly met by Alix who very patiently made numerous trips back and forth as I tried many different watches from multiple brands. Until I finally made my selection. Alix was great, she explained the differences, offered advice when asked but didn’t try to sway my decision in any way. In fact we interacted with 2 other members of staff Jonathon and Victoria and all were great. In short Alix made the purchase (as it should of a luxury item) a very pleasant and memorable one. A credit to Beaverbrooks and the Guildford store will now be our go to store. Thanks for the great service.
