   My partner and I regularly pop in to Goldsmiths in Woking for a look at the latest watches and chat to the friendly team. On occasion we have brought a couple of watches and enjoyed the best customer service we have experienced in many shops, we feel like we are always important and remembered, nothing is ever too much trouble. I have a YouTube channel called Always on time and the lady who works in Goldsmith's always asks how the channel is going, this shows the level of professionalism and the high standards of the customer service.    My partner and I went into the store in Woking today, as we were both so impressed with the service we had received from the staff yesterday. We were greeted by David who presented the Seiko Prospex. David is knowledgeable and very helpful, so much so we decided to purchase the watch. We were very impressed with the professionalism offered and had an excellent experience all round. Highly recommended.

   I had an Excellent customer service experience in Goldsmith. I went in the Woking store to exchange a ring which I purchased online; unfortunately the size was small so I needed a bigger one, and the gentleman who served me and my wife was extremely professional. Few days later the new ring has finally arrived and again another warm welcome from one of the ladies who also offered me a drink while waiting. Truly recommended.

They provided a lot of information and answered many questions I had which I would usually prefer to research for if internet shopping.    Went in just for a browse and was fully expecting just to get blanked but I was greeted by a lovely sales man and I said I was just looking. Another salesman called David approached me in the shop and was very friendly I said I was looking and would call if needed help. He was not pushy and was very understanding. I found a bracelet that I liked he was very professional offering us drinks and the whole procedure was lovely. Treated me with great care and professionalism. Thanks again David Gillings.
