I had the pleasure of visiting Whibleyβs today, I wanted some advice on a broken neckless, i was met with a warm & friendly member of the team called Chris, he offered me solutions and an answer to my problem, i left with a new neckless which was sturdy to hold my dear uncles crucifix.. the store bought my broken neckless from me, solving 2 of my problemsβ¦ Chris was really exceptional so thank you much and I am sorry to not get the gentleman's name who bought my chain but you were exceptional tooβ¦ you both made my day :)
Couldn't have had a more positive experience buying my wedding band! The service was wonderful, each assistant putting in effort of making it special. The ring was beautifully presented and cleaned, sized perfectly and I was able to pick it up in a matter of weeks! Would recommend this jewellery shop to anyone looking for something special.
My husband has purchased a LOT of jewellery from this Jewellers for me having considering it the best in town (Worthing)...Not any more. He bought me abeautiful pendant but I needed a longer chain which I purchased 2 weeks ago, it popped open when I took it off oer my head, which was the sole purpose of buying the longer chain, I took it back and was told I have to pay Β£35 to have it soldered!! This should have been offered free, I've only had it 2weeks! I've asked other Jewellers for their thoughts on this and they agreed. They also have offered to soldered it for Β£15-Β£20, half the price of Whibley. And it wasn't even purchased from them! I found the staff are snooty and unfriendly unless you are buying from them as i exchanged a watch with them last year and altered another piece of jewellery in the past. Take your business elsewhere if I were you.

Superb. Visit here first! On a tour of Guildford's jewellers in search for a gift Whibleys was the last place we visited (out of 8 I think) and was head and shoulders above other shops; - Everything was on display in the main windows WITH PRICES - The selection was plentiful and of good quality, there were variations of designs and styles, it was well organised (like with like) and roughly catered for High-Low to Low-High. It all felt very maintained. - The staff were fantastic and friendly and it felt very welcoming, no stuffiness, good culture - one employee wilfully gave a colleague our business as they had clocked us first. Go here first, it's the best display, selection and experience.
Excellent customer service. I've bought a few items from here and always been greeted with a very warm welcome. The team all have good knowledge of their items and I also had my wedding ring mended, which is nearly 20 years old and it was returned to me looking as good as new! Well worth the money to fix it. I just love this store, it's the best.
