Brilliant service by a lovely girl with ginger hair who helped me style & stack 3 pendants and even took the time to clean a piece of jewelry I already had free of charge. Amazing service, affordable jewelry and really high quality as well. Totally recommend.

Amazing Service! The lovely lady Mia was ever so helpful! Even ordered the ring I wanted into store as they didn’t have my size, she was able to tell my perfect ring size by looking at my hand!! I bought some earrings from here a week ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the composition of the metal is good since they haven't irritated my sensitive ears. They also offer a nice range of jewelry. However, the clasp and hinge on my hoops are not sturdy enough. They're small, thick hoops but sometimes the clasp misses the hook, as pictured. Because of this they don't actually close very securely, and have fallen out a few times when taking a jumper off. I expect better at this price point. I will shop here again, but if I find another local jewellery store at a similar price point I will try there first. I'm giving it a 4 star for the great service and range. Little update: I reviewed this originally about a year ago and despite my initial concerns about the sturdiness of the earrings, they have not broken or tarnished at all. I wear them regularly so the hinges get a lot of use coming on and off, so I still think they could be better quality but now I would say they are worth the money.

Hadn't been to this shop in a while and was looking forward to perhaps buying some new jewellery in the sale. However, most of the stock was silver or metal style jewellery that, even in the sale, was overpriced: hardly any beads etc-sorely disappointed!
Was in the area after a friend's wedding and went in for a look, came out with the cutest little moon pendant and a year later still looks great. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Totally recommend!
Bought silver earrings for my niece, seahorses ( a family thing ). First choice was not available as seller recognised a fault and no more exactly like it but she came up with an alternative, with photos so I bought them and niece very happy. The seller cares about the quality of your purchase.
