I had an extremely disappointing experience with this jewellery repair shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly, making me feel completely unwelcome. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than valued clients. Communication about my jewellery collection which I stated was very sentimental was terrible—I was given no clear information, and when I finally got my piece back, it was in worse condition than when I left it. The repair was poorly done, reducing the quality of my jewellery rather than restoring it. To make matters worse, there were moments where their behavior felt borderline discriminatory, making the entire experience even more uncomfortable. No customer should ever feel judged or mistreated in a place of business. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If you value your sentimental jewellery and expect even basic courtesy, take your business elsewhere.

Our first experience of going to a Pawn Shop and we were not sure what to expect. This turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Wishing to sell some scrap gold items we were helped by a friendly and professional team who gave us a very fair price for our items. My daughters carriage clock stopped working and we just couldn't find anyone to fix it. By chance I asked in Gemini if they could do anything. They told me to bring in and they'll have a look. They said they will charge £25 if they can do and won't charge if they can't. Fortunately, the gentleman did a great job and wouldn't take any more than £15!!! What a difference to other jewellers, who wanted more than double this amount and messed it up!! I would definitely visit again, friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much.
