   The claws on my antique ring had worn away and one had snapped off while on holiday. EK Jewellers said it wouldn't be a problem to sort and they replaced all of the claws for me and cleaned it up like new! They fully explained the process and how it would take longer than usual (as they would have to use the laser machine because the ring has an emerald, which can't take the heat). The price was also very reasonable and it looked so sparkly when I collected it. I would definitely recommend EK Jewellers - helpful, reasonable and reliable.

   I have been here a few times now for new watch batteries. Nothing is ever a problem, even my Rolex - they had the tool to get the back off to get to the battery, which is quite unusual. Always made to feel welcome, and bought my wife a lovely bracelet for Christmas which she was over the moon with - so very happy :)

   Recently took a cherished ring in which had stones missing from the main cluster and the band. Didn't hold out much hope of getting them replaced, but was told 'no problem' - and a few days later there was my ring, sparkling like never before, with all the missing stones replaced! In fact, I don't think it sparkled that much when I first bought it, so they'd obviously given it a clean up too. Would highly recommend EK Jewellers, one of the few remaining independent retailers left on our high street.
