   I am absolutely appalled with the way that this boarding handled my rabbits. First, they did not ask for their names, medical records, or any dietary needs. When we came to pick them up, there was no handover for the buns about how they were or if anything happened. Once we returned home, i checked the buns and they both looked and felt skinnier, so we took them to the vets and found out they were underweight and that they needed medication . To add to this, their carrier was covered in blackish/brown bugs, so decided to bin the carrier and get a new one incase it was anything like mites or other harmful species to rabbits. As well as this, their buns were covered in dried faeces. It also felt as though Juliette only turned up for the money as she was nowhere to be seen on drop off whereas she was there on the pickup, and left as soon as she got the money even before we had time to leave. I would really not recommend this rabbit boarding.

   Glad we found this place, ease of being so close to the M5 southbound towards Bridgewater & Bristol Airport. Our rabbits come back home the same way we left them. Nothing is too much of an issue. Want to drop them off on a Sunday morning - sure. Want to pick them up 2 weeks later at 4am Monday morning after landing at Bristol airport - sure - Been to other rabbit boarding centers but either they come back nervous/worse behaviour or unbonded. Try rebonding rabbits after 5 years of being together - hard work.

   Drop off was good, two ladies, met us, asked his routine and were very pleasant. pick up was not at all pleasant, made to feel like a nuisance by the owner. Thrust her bank card in my face until i paid her. no hand over, used a whole jar of nuggets for a few days, which would have lasted weeks. Messaged the owner after just to ask if I had done something wrong as couldtn understand how uncomfortable she made me and my daughter feel but she never responded. Thus I feel comfortable leaving this review. We had no idea if our rabbit was ever exercised, fed, cuddled as Juliet was clearly to busy to tell us. Cannot recommend

   Very impressed with both the setup and care given to our bunnies when they stayed. It was very reassuring to receive photo updates. I would definitely book in again and highly recommend it. Our Bunnies settled very quickly when they came home.

   My 3 guinea pig girls have just spent 9 nights with Juliet and they have been very well looked after and have been enjoying red peppers, with other veg during their stay. We have had many updates when requested during our time away and have found Juliet helpful and approachable from start to finish. We highly recommend The Rabbit Hotel!

   I took my young mini loos to Juliet in July 2022 and I was really impressed with the service. She had them for 11days, sending me regular pictures as my children missed them. They will be returning again when needed. Thank you Juliet for a professional and friendly service and for looking after my bunnies.

   Juliet is a lovely woman. The hotel is wonderful. They have them very well taken care of and she is always attentive and ready to answer all your question. I have left my babies twice with her and I will not hesitate to do so whenever I need it.

   THE OWNER JULIETE AND TANIA, LEAVING 5 STAR REVIEWS. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL Booked on 6 July, you opened 1st July Hutches way to small for my 2 dwarf lops. 4 foot hutch is not adequate. Juliette we booked with,. who owns it, and saw Tania on arrival. First time using boarding facilities. Sorry we had to return and remove them, we were not happy. Blaming people before you were there, is unprofessional. We booked with you, and not them.

   Under new ownership and what a transformation very professional stuff and new big hutches and large outside runs for the bunnies. Will definitely use them again. From an owner of 2 mini lops that I’ve had for 7 years now this place is great.
