   A huge thank you to Peter and Michelle for looking after my cat Ted at their absolute lovely cattery. It was his first time away from us and he looked so happy and well cared for when I picked him up. Beautiful surroundings, clean and excellently run.

   What a wonderful cattery ! We have never left our twin brothers Eric and Ernie our babies anywhere we were anxious about leaving them in a cattery but I read all the reviews for this cattery and it sounded like the perfect place to leave the cats and we were so impressed the two owners Peter and Michelle are so animal friendly and focused on animal care and they are friendly to you when you visit the cattery Both our cats were so relaxed when we went to collect them they showed no signs of anxiety or that they were not happy it was so apparent that they were happy and Ernie is Epileptic and needs medication Twice Daily and this was no problem for the cattery to administer The cattery is so clean with spacious enclosures that have a heated sleeping area and the enclosure has an outdoor area which my cats enjoyed ! They have beautiful country views and it’s peaceful and calm I highly recommend this cattery to anyone and will not hesitate to take our Babies there again Victoria Graddon

   Absolutely fabulous cattery. Treated our cat just like their own, she was really happy and settled here. Upon picking her up you could clearly see all the other cats staying were really relaxed and happy too - was lovely to see! Will definitely be using everytime we are away and highly reccomend!

   Really nice cattery in a beautiful location, run by a very kind lady. Our cat was hosted in a nice chalet with cosy indoor area, offering cat flap access to an area open to the air. He was free to look outside and had a limited view of other cats in nearby pens, which he enjoyed. The lady said she could cover the mesh for any cat stressed by this view. My cat was suffering from an abscess, but was monitored and was taken to see the vet when needed, no problem. Everything was clean and smelled good, and a good variety of food was available. Records were taken on his preferences and behaviours, so I felt 100% confident leaving him there. Would happily return.

   Definitely recommended! I've left my 9 moths old kitten at the Castle Mill Cattery for 10 days, his first visit at any cattery, I was very anxious, I heard some people's stories about how upset their cats usually are after being left at catteries ( different ones), that they don't eat, hide etc for a few days after.. after doing some research of the local catteries ( I live in Bristol) I decided to try a little bit further and I came across this lovely Castle Mill Cattery, seen a good reviews and had the feeling this would be a good place for my little boy and I was not wrong!! Picked him up today, he seems as happy as ever, probably was happier to see Peter who looked after him than me!:) I know he has been very well looked after, he is happy, eating well as usual and probably now missing being there but don't want to upset me so doesn't say:)) The staff is amazing, natural animal lovers so really it is the best place for your fur babies to have their holiday, they get lots of cuddles and fuss! Thank you Castle Mill Cattery for looking after my Fernando. We will see you again very soon!

   Staff are lovely and seem to really enjoy being with the cats, our boys had a little accident on the way there and the lady who booked us in said she would take car of it all for us (so grateful!!). They provide food and treats and ask if your kitty would like some fuss (so they know whether to go in and give them some human company whilst you’re away). The area was very clean and well kept, blankets and heating lamps are provided too. When we went to pick the boys up, they seemed reluctant to leave which, for me, assured me that they had been very well looked after and despite it not being their home, were comfortable. There’s a discount for homing 2 or more in the same pen and if there are any particular issues with your cats, they are happy to accomodate.
