Both Rachel and James were so hospitable, after a mix up by myself they were able to accommodate me and my dog. The room was high quality and a great location to walk or get the bus into Bath.

Despite receiving confirmation from Rainbow Wood Farm, and also emailing and once again confirming our booking with them directly, myself and my family arrived to be told they had no record of our booking and that no rooms were available to us. We had travelled from North West England to stay here and are unfamiliar with the area and had no idea what to do next. Who we spoke to then said he didn't know of the bookings fully as his wife was away who would usually handle this and seemed rather uncertain of how to help us further. We all began to find other places to stay locally for our 2 night visit. He offered to book us an Air BnB but under his name, but only showed us photos on his phone and, as we were unfamiliar with the area, turned this down. The Air BnB was also unsuitable for our needs and what we required. We instead asked for a refund as we found a local Travel Lodge with availability. We received an email asking for bank details to issue a refund, which we replied to promptly. We did not receive our refund until the next day after prompting them to issue it, which after finding and paying for alternative accommodation we felt should have been issued immediately and we should not have had to prompt them for this. We were then also offered a free nights stay but this had to be used within the next 6 months. Unfortunately we will not be booking again with Rainbow Wood as this was highly disappointing to our trip to Bath.

I have recently stayed here with my partner and baby, the hosts were very accommodating. They were happy for our 5 month old baby to come and stay, they came in and cleaned the room for us in the day which was really nice of them. They leave shampoo, body wash, a kettle, Nespresso machine, towels and everything you could want. This was our first holiday since having a baby, were very worried about what people would think, the hosts here were very welcoming and honestly made our holiday perfect. Thank you.

Very, very comfortable bed in a lovely room in a idyllic farm. Great place to stay when visiting Bath as the U1 bus service stops nearby, so no need to use the car for sightseeing. Even better, the Bath Skyline walk runs nearby. Very friendly hosts.

Why bother staying in the centre of bath and pay Β£200 per night when you can stay here for half the price and still get cracking value for money. What a genuinely nice place to stay, short cab ride to town, warm, clean cosy room with a nice few items added for breakfast in the morning.

Loved our stay at this very charming guest house. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well decorated. Hosts were friendly and helpful. So nice to stay outside of the busyness of the city on a quiet farm, but a close drive to town.

Stayed for three nights with my daughter and two friends at this amazing B & B. Location to the Skywalk, Bath, the University and beautiful countryside was unbeatable. Rooms just perfect, comfy beds, great decor, plenty of room and everything you need for a break from home. The welcome by Rachel and James and the lovely dogs was much appreciated and they could not have done more. Will definitely come back.
