   An apt store for all your craft needs and situated just off the A406. Particularly good for my daughter who is into art and she was able to get all her paints and art scratch books. Ample parking available which is always helpful, especially in London

   Wonderful staff, fantastic click and collect service and always well stocked!! This huge Hobbycraft has a soft in my heart - as a professional baker and non-stop feet crocheter, Hobbycraft Chingford is a go to. Highly recommend!!

   First time in this store and what a disappointment. I wandered around looking for staff and there were just two on the till. Not any staff on the shop floor. I eventually had to ask someone on the till and to be honest the answer was not really what I was looking for. If you know what you want and are a regular in the store, you will probably know where to look but as a first timer in the store it was a nightmare. I ended up buying items in Home Bargains, Poundland and Amazon.

   This place is the best to get art supplies. As I am nursery nurse I was able to get resources for my tuff tray, like pom poms, glitter, paint and cookie cutters. They have different activty boxes such as an Easter one that children will really like. Good value for price. Would recommend people to come and buy art supplies from here.

   I came today and looked for a large cardboard like unusually large and asked Sharon for help. She told me there is nothing like that but at the end I found that there is after all and bought it from them. Quite poor way to get rid of your darkskinned customers from your store but at least now the next one will know what to expect. As I am honest I can say that the girl at the desk was pleasant.

   Keep a eye on your receipts every time I vist their store there is always a mistake on my receipt. Fair enough mistakes happen but not on every vist. They display one price and when you pay and check your receipt they have over charged on a item the final straw was Saturday when they over charged me on 3 items. I have visited 5 times in the last month and on every occasion I have been charge more. I spoke to the girl at the tilland she came out with some rubbish about the computer but it's strange how they always over charge and not under charge I demanded a refund and I won't go back I can't speak for every branch but this was Chingford. I'm sure they are deliberately doing it hoping nobody checks there receipts. I sent an email to Waltham forest trading standards. Because how many people are the catching out
