   The star rating is more a 2/3 Star the room was okay but very tired looking on arrival the room was very cold no heating on. Kept our coats on till it warmed up. We left the heating on low when we went out next morning so as to come back to a warmer room but the room service turned it off again on return the room was again cold back to keeping our coats on There were only 4 coat hangers that’s not may for some one stoping a few nights. There was no hair dryer in the room which is basic for the star rating. The amount of shower products was barely enough for one shower. There was only one hand towel for for both of us.the towels were tired looking and thin. The shower run very slow but it was hot. We had to pay extra for breakfasts which is not a problem but but but you would have expected an all in extra cost not pay for tea or coffee as an extra. We were the only people in the breakfast room the person would have been better writhing down what we wanted as you order was not what we ordered. By this time there was so many negatives we just eat what was given. The second morning we just did not stay for breakfast but left and had breakfast down the road and it was cheaper. We regularly stay away both personal and work and this was a poor experience. I hope you take note of my. Comments I am just so pleased that I did not book one of my clients in with you

   We spent three nights here and we could have quite happily stayed longer. The room was lovely, it was a really good size with a four poster bed, sofa and all the things you would expect. It was a superior room and well worth paying the little extra for, good value. Clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly staff. There is free parking too.

   This was for just one night and on my own My room was clean, warm and cosy The bed was comfortable The service was just lovely as was the food (generous portions, hot and reasonably priced). Even my tea cup was warmed up this morning - it’s the little touches that make all the difference Location beautiful too - ideal when peace and quiet is needed but close enough to the action of that is what is needed too. Very likely to be back and will definitely recommend

   Spent two nights here. The beds were comfy, shower was perfect and room was lovely and quiet. Would definitely recommend. Ours girls loved looking at the alpacas as well. We stayed in a family room and we liked the two separate rooms as usually my husband and I have to sit in the dark in complete silence whenever we go away.

   Room looked shabby, curtains but no p Pelmet so plastic rail showing.very dated in the bathroom. Had to Sk for milk as one in the room. When asked for tea bags got 2. No evening meal as chef was off. Breakfast service was very slow and we had only ordered toast. Couldn't fault friendly staff.

   Booked in for a long weekend originally, phoned the day before to see if they could have us a day early as storm Eunice was coming in and we didn’t want to travel in it, the ladies were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The disabled room we had was great and had everything we needed. We felt so welcomed for the whole of our stay, food was fantastic and the service! Will definitely be returning in the near future! Very professional!

   Lovely friendly staff who made us feel welcome immediately. Immaculate clean rooms (and I was in a dog friendly room). My daughter had a beautiful room with a four post bed. My friend had beautiful views in his room. The food was delicious. Staff seriously accommodating, cannot do enough for you. Very dog friendly although non dog rooms are kept separate from the dog ones. Highly recommended will definitely visit again
