   Huge place with so much on offer. Found one of the staff really unhelpful when i asked to be shown where a particular something was. She wouldn't take me to said area, which wasn't very pleasant, but after 10 minutes of looking for it in such a large store, i eventually came out with what i went in for. So many ideas in here and that overly priced.

   Yesterday I came into the store with my two young daughters. We were served by Lorraine who couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and attentive. Largely as a result of her customer service, I decided to get myself a Hobbycraft card as we'll definitely be coming back!

   Checked in store stock before I went but couldn't find the item in the shop lovely young lady with short brown hair and glasses quickly found the item for me even though she was busy doing something else would definitely use them again Young lady demonstrated excellent customer service and a lovely smile as well
